Anyone age 18 and older can trade with SurgeTrader. If you can successfully pass the SurgeTrader Audition demonstrating your skills and responsible risk management, then you can be manage virtual funds with SurgeTrader. Business entities may also become traders.
If you use the SurgeTrader services on behalf of a business entity or other third-party, then you must represent that you have actual authority to act as an agent of that business entity or third-party, and that you have the right and ability to agree to and bind that third-party or business entity to SurgeTrader's Terms and Conditions on behalf of that business. You must also provide business entity documentation showing the person purchasing the account as a principal.
